Hotel Isabel is a nice non chain family run hotel
that has very clean rooms, and a great place to stay if you’re planing on spending the night at Voltio Bar. It’s right around the corner, which is great because you’ll save on a cab fee when Voltio closes at midnight.
Gringo patrons have shared it’s an easy and no hassle place that’s easy to bring tricks back to.
Even if you book last minute you can often find rooms for under 600 pesos. Priceline often has rooms there for under $400p so check the different hotel travel apps when you’re heading into town.
If you are staying in Guadalajara for a vacation… I’d stay in a centro hotel instead and cab it since there’s not much else in this area but Voltio. But if you’re planning on a late night at Voltio Bar this is your best bet.
